Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and formulate tailored therapy plans that address individual challenges and aspirations.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapies.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards, ensuring accurate client records and treatment history.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to keep pace with the latest mental health research and practices.

• Actively collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize client care and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with clients experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
