Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health conditions and needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a directly related field.

• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a sincere and empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in handling multiple client caseloads effectively.

• A clean disciplinary record with the appropriate licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
