Accounting AssistantCreative Financial Staffing is partnered with a construction company located in Pawtucket, RI seeking an Accounting Assistant to join their team.About the Company:Founded over 65 years ago, they have expanded their footprint to encompass RI, CT, and MAThey service companies in varied industries including biotech, healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitalityThis position works with the accounting group but also is front-facing, allowing interaction with all departmentsResponsibilities of the Accounting Assistant:Process accounts payable invoicesForward information to proper parties for AP approvalAct as receptionist including answering incoming calls, sorting mail, and assisting visitorsEnsure availability of office supplies and ordering items when necessaryCreate ad hoc reports for construction staffBackground Expected of the Accounting Assistant:1+ year(s) of experience in an office environmentAssociate degree in accounting or business is a plus but not requiredFamiliarity with Microsoft Office ProductsHourly rate, depending on experience: $21-26/hr
