Full-Time | $23–$30 per Hour + Bonuses & Benefits
Saint Louis County Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our modern, patient-focused private practice in Kirkwood, MO. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a confident, organized professional who can independently manage scheduling, insurance coordination, patient communication, and treatment presentation in a fast-paced dental office.

Compensation & Benefits- Competitive pay: $23–$30 per hour based on experience

- 4-day workweek (one weekday off)
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out professionally
- Maintain an efficient and productive daily schedule
- Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly
- Verify dental insurance benefits and maximize claim accuracy
- Coordinate patient flow with the clinical team
- Manage patient records and front office systems accurately
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
- Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience
- Experience presenting treatment and discussing financial arrangements
- Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and billing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Eaglesoft dental software
