Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations that identify client needs and strengths, and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions suitable for individuals, couples, families, and group therapy sessions tailored to the client’s specific circumstances.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights about client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that complies with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring accurate patient records and treatment histories.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy through workshops and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field with an emphasis on clinical practice.

• Previous experience in outpatient clinic settings and working in multidisciplinary teams is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
