In-Home Sales Representative

Sales Leader
In this role, you will connect with homeowners, provide solutions that improve their homes, and develop the leadership skills necessary to build and manage a high-performing sales team .
This position offers a clear path to leadership, mentorship, and financial growth for individuals who are disciplined, coachable, and hungry to succeed.
Compensation:

- Starting earning potential: $150,000+ per year

Uncapped commission structure
Leadership bonuses and overrides
Additional income through team development and leadership
Top leaders within the company earn $300K – $1M+ annually by building and leading strong teams.
