Inside Sales Representatives drive new business development in the SMB market by providing consultative sales solutions to CEOs, CFOs, and VP-level decision-makers. This role focuses on analyzing operational processes, presenting tailored business solutions, and delivering technology-driven efficiencies to help clients save time and optimize operations. Job Responsibilities:
- Base: $65,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) First Year: $80,000–$95,000+
- OTE Second Year: $85,000–$120,000+
- Aggressive uncapped residual commissions, paid monthly

- Continuously enhance sales skills and compete for national sales contests.
