Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in the mental health support team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based interventions.

• Providing psychotherapeutic services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Documenting clinical interactions and treatment progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and maintaining confidentiality within electronic health records.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to coordinate care and discuss client progress in regular case consultations.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, enhancing their understanding and ability to navigate challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with a diverse range of clients who require intensive outpatient support due to varying mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and personality disorders. Your expertise will empower clients to overcome obstacles, develop coping strategies, and achieve lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
