Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized counseling to clients experiencing symptoms of severe emotional disturbances or major mental illnesses, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches via telehealth.

• Collaborate with team members to develop integrated care plans that meet client needs and enhance service delivery outcomes.

• Maintain confidentiality and the highest ethical standards while navigating the financial structures relevant to healthcare delivery.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and crisis management interventions when needed, ensuring clients are safe and supported.

• Carry out ongoing evaluations of client progress, adjusting treatment plans and services based on client feedback and clinical judgment.

• Engage with community resources and facilitate referrals for clients requiring additional services.
\n
• Develop and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance agency operations and client care outcomes.

• Document all clinical interactions and ensure timely submission of reports as required by regulatory guidelines.

• Provide on-call support as assigned to address client needs outside of standard office hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with individuals across various age groups experiencing significant psychological and emotional challenges. This includes those with conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and other mental health diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
