This position offers the unique advantage of working remotely from your home in Modesto, California. Our work schedule operates Monday to Friday with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured work-life balance while the flexibility of remote work allows you to impact lives positively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in effective communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals to relay patient progress, needs, concerns, and any emerging issues.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including clinical notes and progress updates in compliance with departmental policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in developing and updating treatment plans based on initial psychosocial assessments and established social intervention protocols.

• Provide direct crisis intervention services, conducting comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions for patients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Establish and nurture relationships with community resource organizations, representing Holistic Recovery Counselling in collaborative meetings and committees focused on addressing patient social needs.

Your primary focus will be on working with individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Our patient population includes diverse backgrounds, with many experiencing trauma or significant life transitions. As an LCSW, your role will be pivotal in shaping their recovery by applying tailored therapeutic strategies and fostering a trusting, therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, necessary for obtaining the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing counseling or social work services in relevant settings.

• Current licensure as an LCSW or the process of obtaining your licensure with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
