Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Royal Care Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and diagnosing mental health issues through comprehensive evaluations, using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to the cultural and individual needs of patients.

• Continuously monitoring patient progress and adapting interventions as necessary to ensure that treatment strategies are effective and supportive of mental health goals.

• Documenting treatment records and maintaining accurate, timely clinical information using state-of-the-art technology, while adhering to all regulatory requirements and departmental procedures.

• Collaborating with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive treatment plan that aligns with the patient's specific needs and desires, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes health outcomes.

• Developing and refining treatment objectives in cooperation with the patient and their support network, focusing on safety, symptom management, and holistic well-being.

• Acting as a key liaison in coordinating referrals, bridging the gap between patients and necessary treatment options, and establishing connections with various clinicians and referral agencies.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• A current valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California.

• Proven capability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care, including moving, standing, and lifting items weighing up to twenty-five (25) pounds.

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a similar role, demonstrating clinical proficiency and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have experience in telehealth delivery models and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. A background in community mental health services or hospital settings is advantageous, and proficiency in coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams can enhance the effectiveness of your practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, complemented by a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan with employer match, paid parental leave, and generous holiday time off.
