Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate with Reentry Social Workers to develop and implement appropriate discharge planning services for students transitioning from intensive treatment.

• Complete and submit all required statistical and documentation reports to support meaningful clinical outcomes.

• Collaborate with the Department of Correction and other stakeholders to ensure access to mental health resources, housing stability, and effective treatment plans.
\n
• Develop and lead evidence-based group treatment programs on mental health observation units and other assigned areas to promote engagement and recovery.
\n
• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, crisis interventions, and ongoing assessments to track patient progress.
\n
• Participate actively in treatment planning and case conferences, contributing insights and strategies for improving overall patient care.
\n
• May supervise social work interns or student volunteers, fostering professional growth while providing oversight on clinical best practices.
\n
• Actively engage in weekly clinical supervision with a Clinical Supervisor to enhance personal and professional development.

The primary focus of this role is to provide mental health services to children and adolescents within the school system. This includes addressing a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
