Role Overview

Create high-fidelity native Italian audio that helps train next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor opportunity focuses on producing natural, accurate recordings for a large-scale audio data project. No previous AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and deliver clear, high-quality Italian audio in line with detailed project specifications.
• Use professional audio equipment to optimize sound quality and reduce background noise.
• Follow supplied scripts or prompts accurately while maintaining natural speech, diction, and intonation.
• Submit sample recordings during the initial evaluation using your strongest recording setup.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical contacts in writing and verbally to maintain consistent, high-quality deliverables.
• Share feedback on recording instructions and recommend improvements based on professional expertise.
• Complete recordings on time and transfer audio files securely under project protocols.

Qualifications

• Native-level Italian proficiency with excellent pronunciation and diction.
• At least three years of professional audio recording or voice-work experience.
• Experience using industry-standard audio hardware and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and careful attention to documentation and correspondence.
• Your own professional-quality recording equipment, including for the interview and polished sample recordings.
• Experience with scripted audio work, such as voiceover, narration, or dubbing.
• Experience collaborating on media, technology, or linguistic data projects is a plus.

Work Terms

• Remote, independent contractor engagement.
• Audio recording expertise is required.

Compensation

$20 to $40 per hour.
