Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to identify concerns, strengths, and goals while developing comprehensive treatment plans.

• Deliver one-on-one therapeutic sessions through both in-person and teletherapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy tailored to individual client needs.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress throughout the duration of treatment, ensuring adaptability to changing needs.

• Engage in ethical and compliant documentation practices to maintain accurate records that meet regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular professional development activities and peer supervision sessions to stay updated with best practices and enhance therapeutic competencies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
