The Payroll Administrator will perform a wide range of administrative and clerical functions in this role and be responsible for supporting payroll activity both internally and externally (in accordance with company policy, procedure, and federal and state regulations). Primary role and responsibilities include: Coordinate and execute the weekly payroll process in JDE software Set up, maintain, and payments of court orders, garnishment, and levies Set up required per diem certification documents Updates company vehicle assignments Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures Processing and issuing W-2 forms to employees Qualifications: 35 years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state, union environment Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with JD Edwards or Oracle Fusion is a plus Henkels & McCoy is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities.
