Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract position requires an SLP holding active Illinois credentials, ready to engage with a dynamic K-12 population. The role is based near Lincolnshire, IL and involves working Monday through Friday, from 7:45 am to 3:15 pm, for a total of 37.5 hours weekly.
You’ll play a vital part in supporting a caseload that will vary depending on student needs. Expertise with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and experience in low-incident programming will be crucial for success in this role. Your ability to adapt to diverse student populations and collaborate with educational teams will allow you to foster communication growth in every learner you serve.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois SLP credentials required
- Experience within school settings preferred
- Familiarity with AAC devices and low-incident programming a strong plus
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to serve K-12 students with varying needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across multiple grade levels
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments and monitor progress of assigned caseload
- Provide consultation and support for AAC and other augmentative technologies
