Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold or eligible for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status
• Valid state licensure and certification to practice as an SLP
• Experience or interest in school-based speech therapy services
• Fluency in both Spanish and English; ability to communicate complex concepts in both languages
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-5th grade students
• Deliver targeted interventions and design individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ specific needs
• Collaborate with educators, special education team members, and families to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, goals, and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with educational standards
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment that promotes language development for bilingual students
