Hai Hai – Hiring Experienced Chef/Line Cook (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Hai Hai is looking for skilled chefs with 5+ years of kitchen experience to join our BOH team. We’re a Minneapolis restaurant inspired by the vibrant street food, tropical ingredients, and lush atmosphere of Southeast Asia—where service moves fast, standards are high, and the work feels alive.
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity for someone who knows their way around a busy line, takes pride in execution, and wants to be part of a tight, supportive team.
What You Bring

5+ years professional kitchen experience
Strong command of line cooking in high-volume service
Consistency, speed, and attention to detail under pressure
Dependability and a team-first mindset
Calm focus in a fast-moving environment
Weekend availability
Genuine interest in food, flavor, and craft

What You’ll Do

Execute dishes with precision, speed, and consistency
Keep service flowing across multiple stations
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work standards
Communicate and collaborate with a strong BOH team
Help keep the energy high and the kitchen running sharp
