Accounting Manager

Our client is a high-growth, tech-driven healthcare company that’s scaling fast and looking for a Controller who can take full ownership of the accounting function and help put a strong financial backbone behind the business. This is for someone who’s confident in their technical ability, comfortable leading from the front, and excited to step into a high-visibility role at a company that’s growing aggressively year over year. What you’ll own: Full oversight of the accounting function including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Financial reporting, general ledger, and balance sheet integrity Building and strengthening internal controls as the company scales Partnering closely with the CFO on strategy, structure, and execution Leading, mentoring, and leveling up the accounting team Managing audits, tax processes, and compliance requirements Driving systems, automation, and process improvements Exposure on the finance side, assisting the CFO during budget and forecast season, including planning, modeling support, and performance analysis Bringing discipline and clarity to a fast-moving environment What they’re looking for: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience CPA is a strong plus Healthcare experience is a plus, especially in tech-enabled or growth environments Experience in fast-growth companies where things are still being built Someone who can operate both strategically and tactically A steady hand who brings structure without slowing momentumStrong presence and ability to communicate with executive leadership Why this role stands out: Direct line to the CFO and real influence on how the finance organization is built High-impact position in a company experiencing exponential growth The chance to put your stamp on a business that’s scaling quickly This is ideal for a Manager who’s confident, composed, and ready to step into a role where their decisions actually move the needle.
