Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to our clients in the community. The typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends as client needs dictate. The role requires adaptability to accommodate the dynamic nature of social work, ensuring that seniors receive ongoing support and timely responses during emergencies. Availability for on-call situations is essential to address urgent cases that may arise outside of regular hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assessments, care plans, and interactions, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in social work.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
