With a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, you will manage your time effectively while balancing your professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients during initial sessions to develop a clear understanding of their mental health status and needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual and couple’s therapy sessions aimed at achieving specified treatment goals.

• Document all client interactions, including assessments and therapy notes, within 24 hours to maintain compliance with clinic policies and ensure continuity of care.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals, regularly reviewing and adapting these plans as necessary.

• Engage in case discussions with team members to enhance treatment approaches, share insights, and collaborate on complex cases for improved outcomes.

• Maintain organized client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines while also protecting client confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adult individuals and couples facing a myriad of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n
