Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapy (OT) licensure required
• Demonstrated experience in school-based, home health, or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
• Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, adapting service delivery across a K-12 student population
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions tailored for individual student needs
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic achievement and personal independence
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to development and goal-setting as needed
• Offer adaptive strategies, modifications, and consultancy to teachers and caregivers
