Essential Qualifications:

• Active MA OT licensure required
• Experience delivering occupational therapy in schools, home health, or healthcare settings

• Passion for supporting diverse student needs across K-12 grade levels

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement OT services for a varied student caseload (details TBD)
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans to promote student success in academic and social activities
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide thoughtful recommendations
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Adapt interventions for inclusive classroom, home health, and therapy room settings
• Serve as a resource for staff and families on best OT practices
