Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid MA OT credential/certification
• Previous experience in school OT settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with K-12 populations
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide OT assessments, interventions, and consultations for students across grades K-12
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to develop and monitor IEP goals
• Document and track student progress, maintaining compliance with both school and state guidelines
• Adjust treatment plans as necessary to address evolving student needs throughout the contract period
• Flexibility to manage a variable caseload and adjust to changing schedules and student assignments

Take advantage of a flexible schedule—positions are open for both part-time and full-time hours. The exact days, schedule, and caseload size will be determined upon placement, ensuring the best fit for your skills and interests. Assignments begin as soon as possible and continue through June 2027.
