The Vision Companies is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Staffing Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout the Midwest region. In this role, you'll connect with business leaders, identify hiring needs, and develop customized staffing solutions that help organizations succeed. What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business owners, and key decision-makers Conduct client meetings, site visits, and networking events throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding Midwest region Partner closely with recruiting and account management teams to ensure exceptional client service and successful placements Represent The Vision Companies at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations Identify market trends and workforce challenges to provide consultative staffing solutions Maintain accurate client records, activity updates, and sales plans within company systems Deliver a high level of customer service while fostering long-term partnerships What We're Looking For 3+ years of sales experience preferred Staffing, recruiting, HR consulting or workforce solutions experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Flexibility to attend occasional evening and weekend networking events Why Join The Vision Companies?
