While the standard schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be necessary to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on patients dealing with co-occurring medical and mental health issues. This includes individuals managing chronic illnesses, such as fibromyalgia or lupus, along with psychological challenges like depression, anxiety, or substance use disorders. By understanding the complexities of these interrelated conditions, our therapists can provide more effective, targeted counseling interventions that resonate with our patients' experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Experience and comfort in delivering integrated care, including collaboration with medical professionals.

• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
