HR Specialist

Our client is a growing international organization seeking an HR Specialist to support a small, collaborative office environment. Responsibilities Support all core HR functions, including onboarding, employee support, documentation, and HR administration Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership Coordinate office operations and administrative activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace Assist with employee engagement and ongoing HR initiatives Partner with local and international stakeholders as needed Help support a growing organization through process improvements and operational support Contribute wherever needed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Qualifications 3-5 years of Human Resources experience Bilingual skills strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working in a small office environment and wearing multiple hats Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to assist across functions Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs Why Consider This Opportunity?
