The City of Santa Clara is recruiting for several vacant positions Citywide.

Community Development Department - 1 position

The Management Analyst (Technology Project Manager) will serve as the department's strategic technology lead, driving innovation, operational improvement, and digital service delivery across Community Development. This position manages major enterprise systems such as Accela Civic Platform, oversees internal process improvement initiatives, leads technology-focused policy initiatives, oversees customer-facing tools and communications in partnership with internal teams, and acts as the primary liaison to IT and other departments for technology implementation.

Finance Department – 3 positions

Budget Position - 1 position

The Budget Division produces the City's biennial operating and capital budgets, develops long-term financial projections, analyzes and reports on the budget performance during the year, and works collaboratively with departments on any necessary budget analyses and amendments.

Purchasing Position - 2 positions

The Purchasing Division resides in the City's Finance Department and maintains a "centralized purchasing system" that is responsible for all purchasing and contracting activity for supplies, materials, and equipment as well as general and professional services.

Human Resources Department – 4 positions

The Human Resources Department for the City of Santa Clara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources professionals with a specialized focus in recruitment and health and safety. This position will serve as a strategic business partner to departments across the City, supporting a variety of Human Resources programs.

Silicon Valley Power/Electric Department – 1 position

This position with report to the SVP's engineering department.support the administrative activities of the Engineering team, including but not limited to drafting proposals/correspondence, and conducting cost analysis of proposals.

The annual salary range for this position is $129,774.00 - $167,957.04. This position will be filled at or near the minimum of the salary range.
