Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct individual and group therapy sessions for clients coping with a range of mental health challenges, ensuring all therapeutic interventions align with established best practices.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions according to agency protocols and licensing regulations, including treatment plans and progress notes.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights on patient treatment plans to enhance collaborative care and improve treatment outcomes.

• Assist in the development and implementation of clinic programming aimed at fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, sharing your expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
