Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Complete all required documentation timely to meet regulatory standards while maintaining compliance with agency policies.
\n
• Implement evidence-based screening tools and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Serve as a key contributor during licensing and accreditation processes, actively participating in maintaining high standards of care.
\n
• Establish and maintain open communication with clients, family members, and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners.
\n
• Develop relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote programs and secure partnerships and funding.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities such as attending conferences, participating in committees, and presenting on relevant topics.

• Champion the agency's mission and values by integrating them into everyday practices and decision-making processes.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations seeking mental health support, including individuals facing emotional challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities. Our treatment approach is collaborative and tailored, focusing on individuals' unique circumstances and fostering their ability to manage daily life challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• A valid LMHC license issued by the state board is necessary to practice in this capacity.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical records and prepare reports in accordance with agency guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
