Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify specific concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, which will inform your treatment approaches.

• Provide tailored therapy sessions, including individual, couples, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring appropriate support and safety measures are in place.
\n
• Maintain all client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, adhering to ethical practices and legal standards to ensure confidentiality and care quality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers—to guarantee holistic care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment alternatives, and community resources, acting as an advocate for their rights and needs.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training workshops and seminars, ensuring your skills and knowledge are current and effective.

Your patients will include individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is strongly preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic acumen to identify mental health needs effectively.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a related mental health setting.
\n
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating professionalism and reliability.

• A commitment to uphold the highest ethical standards in practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a clinical or community health environment

• Familiarity with using electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining client documentation

• Previous experience providing remote therapy services is a plus

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
