Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based techniques to develop tailored treatment plans for each client, addressing their unique mental health needs.

• Apply a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in client sessions, facilitating their journey towards improved mental health and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and family-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.
