Work Environment\n

The work setting for this role is primarily outpatient and remote, granting therapists flexibility while ensuring they are still an integral part of the treatment team. We value work-life balance and encourage our therapists to tailor their schedules to accommodate client needs and personal commitments. Standard operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be necessary to meet clients' varying schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and effective individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic approaches.

• Assess clients’ psychological and emotional health needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique situations.
\n
• Implement appropriate therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Systems Theory, to help clients achieve their personal and relational goals.

• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely documentation to monitor client progress and ensure that treatment goals are being met.
\n
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population consists of diverse individuals and families facing a range of challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. As an LMFT at Mindful Retreat, you will work with clients from various backgrounds and demographics, enhancing your cultural competence and ability to support a wide range of therapeutic needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.
\n
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
