Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs and strengths of each child and their family, laying the foundation for tailored interventions.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each plan is customized according to the unique circumstances and aspirations of the family.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as a proactive team member, adjusting strategies as needed to promote effective interventions.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, equipping them with the information and skills necessary to enhance their child's developmental trajectory.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and integrate natural learning environment approaches to foster an engaging learning experience for children.

• Establish rapport with children, families, and colleagues to cultivate a healthy, collaborative atmosphere that promotes optimal learning and growth.

• Deliver coaching-based methodologies to families, allowing them to integrate developmental strategies into their daily routines.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations, upholding the safety and well-being of staff and those we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on serving young children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays, and their families. With an emphasis on early intervention, our LCSWs play a vital role in guiding these families through critical developmental milestones during the formative first three years of life. The approach is rooted in compassion and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by families navigating these situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a valid LCSW license recognized by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
