Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and, when necessary, formulate diagnoses to evaluate patients' mental health statuses effectively.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of patients while honoring cultural diversity.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic practices to facilitate anticipated patient outcomes and deliver relatable interventions and strategies tailored to each patient's mental health diagnosis.

• Maintain meticulous records, including treatment documentation and clinical reports, adhering to regulatory standards and departmental procedures.

• Collaborate with patients to design comprehensive treatment plans that detail specific care objectives and projected outcomes.
\n
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate referrals and services, fostering strong, ongoing relationships with other clinicians and referral agencies.

• Provide mentorship and educational support to interns, students, and volunteers, contributing to the growth of the next generation of social workers.

• Engage in clinical supervision practices, which may include chart auditing and team development activities as guided by your supervisor.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to providing above-market compensation.
