Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at ATI Behavioral Institute, your primary responsibilities include:

• Providing psychotherapy services using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to ensure treatment is personalized and effective.

• Maintaining diligent clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA requirements, ensuring that patient records are accurate, up-to-date, and secure.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, attending regular case consultations to discuss patient progress and refine treatment strategies.

• Offering education and support to clients and their families, helping them navigate mental health challenges and access community resources.

• Engaging in continuous professional development by staying current on research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve include a diverse array of students and families facing various mental health challenges. You'll work with children and adolescents within school settings, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral problems and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
