Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to inform diagnoses when necessary.

• Design individualized treatment plans that incorporate diverse cultural backgrounds and specific patient needs, mapping out achievable objectives and preferred outcomes.

• Employ evidence-based practices to provide outpatient therapy, actively engaging patients and families throughout the therapeutic process.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, utilizing appropriate interventions to effectively respond to changing mental health statuses.

• Document and maintain precise treatment records, clinical reports, and other required documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and department protocols.

• Facilitate the connection between patients and external treatment resources, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

• Mentor and educate less experienced colleagues, students, and volunteers, fostering a spirit of collaboration and shared learning within the team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

• At least two years of experience in direct clinical practice, preferably in a healthcare or hospice setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
