Key Responsibilities\n

Your core responsibilities will be centered around providing high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to individual client needs. This includes:

• Utilizing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring alignment with clients' specific preferences and needs.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring all patient interactions and progress are accurately documented.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop coordinated, holistic care strategies for patients.

• Participating in an ongoing educational and collaborative climate by attending case consultations and peer review meetings designed to enhance clinical outcomes.

• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment avenues, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
