Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing our LCSWs to engage with clients and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team from the comfort of their own environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans by conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments, collaborating closely with the healthcare team to address both medical and emotional needs.

The successful candidate will work primarily with individuals in hospice care, providing support during a critical phase of life. This population often experiences complex psychosocial issues alongside medical conditions, making a sensitive and empathetic approach essential. The LCSW will address grief, anticipatory loss, and adjustment issues, while also working to enhance family dynamics and support systems during this challenging time.

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
