Mid-to-Senior Level Labor & Employment Associate

Overview The San Francisco office of Reed Smith is seeking a mid‑to‑senior level associate to join the Labor & Employment group. Qualifications Five or more years of experience with employment litigation, including single plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions. Deposition and/or courtroom experience required; employment advice and counseling experience desired. Familiar with Federal Court Rules and E‑Discovery. Licensed to practice in California. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $365,000 - $435,000. Actual pay may vary based on location and experience.
