Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations that identify clients’ mental health needs and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, collaboratively setting achievable goals with clients.

• Provide individual therapy sessions focusing on solution-oriented and evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of adult clients.

• Utilize teletherapy to facilitate virtual counseling sessions, ensuring comfort and accessibility for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, using your expertise to manage immediate mental health challenges.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to remain current with emerging mental health trends and best practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans using our integrated therapist dashboard.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse adult population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current licensure in mental health counseling, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

\n
• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field, including Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing client needs.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in behavioral health settings, particularly with adult clients, is highly desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy best practices and previous use of electronic health records (EHR) systems will also enhance your potential for success in this role.
