Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, enabling our mental health counselors to serve patients from the comfort of their homes while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere through virtual meetings and support. Our practice values flexibility, aiming to accommodate individual schedules while meeting the needs of our patients. The expected work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility as required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies for patients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and resources available to ensure they have a clear understanding of the treatment process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient progress and treatment in compliance with established legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
