We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications.
• Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services.
• Assist customers in identifying options that align with their needs and preferences.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events.
• Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Previous experience in customer engagement, marketing, or outreach preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• I have been a State Farm agent since 2003.
• I am a proud graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
• We have 60+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
