Sales Development Representative
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our growing digital marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Close qualified inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and challenges.
- Present customized digital marketing solutions, including SEO, PPC, Local SEO, Web Development, and Lead Generation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales closing experience.
- Experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Local SEO, Web Design, Social Media Marketing) or SaaS/software solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience selling high-ticket marketing retainers.
- Familiarity with the US market and B2B sales processes.
Pay Details:
- Uncapped Commission (No base salary)
- High-performing sales representatives have the potential to earn *$100,000–$150,000+ annually*, depending on performance.
