Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and challenges as part of early intervention initiatives.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), working in collaboration with families and allied professionals.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate the outcomes of services provided, ensuring adherence to both Federal and State regulations.

• Utilize a coaching model to empower families, providing them with knowledge and skills that enhance their child’s learning and development.
\n
• Establish rapport with children, families, and team members to cultivate a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to growth.

• Recommend evidence-based strategies tailored to each child’s unique learning style and developmental needs, integrating Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Provide ongoing support to families, addressing their concerns, priorities, and aspirations for their children's development and wellbeing.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for all staff and individuals served, creating a safe and secure environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves supporting infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Our services aim to help these children develop skills across multiple domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication abilities during their formative years. You will engage directly with families in the school setting, forming a partnership that nurtures the child's overall development while advocating for their rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LICSW licensure by the Department of Public Health is mandatory.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
