Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples and families, including individual sessions as needed, addressing various issues such as conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Developing customized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique background, needs, and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Providing ongoing assessments and therapeutic interventions for issues related to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, blended families, and job stress, among other stressors.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and client records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the organization to create a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.
\n
• Participating in team meetings to discuss case progress, strategies for improvement, and support for colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include adults, children, and adolescents struggling with a variety of mental health challenges. Your focus will encompass a broad range of issues affecting family dynamics, such as parental conflicts, siblings’ disputes, and adjustment issues due to life changes like separation or divorce. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
