We are hiring an Account Manager to support our Territory Manager in Florida. This sales-focused role requires quick problem-solving skills and a penchant for training and educating our referral sources on IWP services.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
• Identify and develop new referral sources
• Work to maintain and grow the referral source relationship while ensuring ongoing customer service
• Maintain contact with decision makers & office staff focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship
• Assist in sales efforts for increased revenue opportunities
• Analyze needs of the client and customize solutions to meet their needs
• Train clients on new and existing IWP Service Models
• Promote additional IWP services
• Provide solution-based service techniques with a consultative approach
• Focus on client retention

What You'll Need

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of account management experience
• Proven capability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Demonstrated self-confidence and a willingness to learn
• Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to travel throughout in and around the territory

• Ability to handle difficult and challenging situations including customer relations
• An eye for identifying potential issues and strong problem-solving skills
• A strong teamwork mindset with an ability to work independently

We are dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent with competitive and fair compensation. In addition to a base salary range between $60,000 - $64,000, you will participate in a commission program. With proper utilization of skills and resources, additional variable compensation can be achieved or exceed $16,000.00 annually. You will also receive a minimum payout for your first three months of training.
