The executive will manage a small team with responsibility for financial planning, accounting and financial reporting, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and the other executives to develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's financial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCulture Building: As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, contribute to creating a high-performance culture based on trust, healthy debate, and accountability.Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals, oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.Financial Management: Manage financial performance by developing budgets, overseeing expenditures, and ensuring financial targets are met.
