Business Development Manager

We're working with a well-established international freight forwarder that's continuing to grow across the Southeast. They're looking for an experienced Air & Ocean Business Development Manager to help drive new business across the Atlanta market. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys winning new business and building long-term customer relationships with a business that's well respected within the industry. The role You'll be responsible for developing new Air & Ocean Freight business across the Atlanta area, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals and handing accounts over for implementation. What you'll be doing Build relationships with new customers. Manage the full sales process from first contact through to close. Work with internal teams on quotes and solutions. Negotiate contracts and secure profitable business. Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date. Achieve sales targets and drive growth. What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience in Air & Ocean Freight sales or business development. Strong knowledge of international Air & Ocean Freight. A proven track record of winning new business. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales. Full driver's licence and willing to travel across the Atlanta area.
