Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and needs, paving the way for tailored treatment.

• Collaborate with each client to develop individualized treatment plans that encapsulate their goals and align with your assessment findings.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy, in both individual and group settings.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, modifying treatment plans when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care and therapies.

• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary mental health resources and community services.

• Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all interactions as mandated by state licensing authorities and professional organizations.

Your work will focus primarily on individuals and families facing mood disorders, emotional distress, and life transitions. Qualifications\n
